Found a great apartment on Monday, and there were plenty of buyers sniffing around so I put an offer in and exchanged contracts on Thursday. Conveyancing at lightning speed and all went well. So I sent him a well earned bottle of bubbly.

I was suggested Campbell by a satisfied friend. She had just settled on a property in Rozelle. The whole block of apartments was on company title and in the process of being converted to strata title. Needles to say having a lawyer came in handy. When buying my property Campbell was able to be reached anytime on his mobile to answer all my questions. I eventually bought a split level apartment in a converted warehouse in Surry Hills which had its own unique set of problems. The banks did a last minute turnaround on me but fortunately Campbell was able to negotiate a longer cooling off period which allowed me to get my finances in order. The real-estate agent was being very pushy and I ended up exchanging contracts at 8:30pm on Friday. Campbell made himself available and I signed feeling confident that everything was correct.
